Pros
Flexible Hours, Remote work up to 3 days a week, good pay, profit sharing, annual bonus, and good Xmas Party.
Cons
Company is growing faster than they can hire employees. Leads mandatory overtime, which is paid as either straight time or overtime depending upon job classification. Seems like Bonus & Pay raises are based upon time spent with company and don’t seem to be performance based.
