      Awesome place to grow if you know to do it yourself. you have almost complete freedom to research and learn - but ONLY IF YOU PURSUE IT. Great people!

      Cons

      Extreme management problems: - very bad culture (everything is always urgent) - very low commitment - management has no technical expertise at all - very low salary
