Pros

Lots of autonomy, responsibility and clear expectations from management. A close-knit team that values fostering quality relationships with their clients and candidates. Open to trying new initiatives or switching things up if needed.

Cons

Probably not the best place for someone who needs positive reinforcement or lots of guidance.

Pros

Having spent 10 years with Communications Collaborative, I will say I am a little biased. Instead of going on a diatribe, I'll stick with the things that have made me stick around so long: Values – the recruiting industry gets a bad rap, and often for good reason. For Comm Collab, it's always been more important to do the right things by everyone we work with and to put people before profits. Team – the group truly functions as a team, with all parties working together towards the same goals. It’s also an incredible group of individuals and when you spend quite a bit time working with the same folks that stuff matters. Growth – for a smaller company, Comm Collab provides excellent opportunities for both personal and professional growth. Politics (or lack thereof) – they don’t exist, and it makes being open and honest that much easier. Ideas triumph over title. Openness is the name of the game.

Cons

As someone else mentioned, our on-site coffee could be better.
