Cons
They don't listen to staff. Getting a raise is like pulling teeth. They expect you to go above and beyond but don't even communicate with in home staff. You're very overworked and underpaid. If you don't pick up extra hours they will find a way to fire you. And leave the other staff scrambling to do anything but work. Don't expect to have a family or social life. There are people in the office who do not listen to staff concerns brush them off and when it's said staff is overworked they've said "no one wants to work" as the reason they can't hire or keep employees.
