      Pros

      Although the company is fairly new the owners and senior management are not new to the health care industry. They know what they are doing and know what it takes to run a successful company. They treat their employees with respect and truly care for the communities they serve.

      Cons

      I don't actually believe this is a con but if I would have to say anything it would be that it is a new company.

      Hybrid policy is not that flexible. Also have to live in Philadelphia to work here
