9yThank you for leaving a review of your experience at Aptify and I am sorry to hear that you were not pleased with the management feedback process. We work hard to ensure our team members are receiving well rounded and impartial feedback. One specific example is that our Consulting team, which is a highly matrixed team, conducts 360 peer reviews. This review encourages fair and consistent feedback. We also encourage discussions about any and all challenges our team members face in the bi-weekly one on one meetings between team members and team leaders. Additionally, the senior management team has an open door policy where anyone may discuss ideas and concerns outside of the normal hierarchy. Lastly, I encourage all team members to come to me or our Director of Culture & People, Julia Lang, should they feel their voice and opinion is not being heard. Thank you again for your review.
