      Pros

      Very supportive, great organization, able to run with ideas, warm/welcoming environment, generous holiday pay, good benefits, access to all levels of administration, open to new ideas and suggestions.

      Cons

      Smaller organization means that there is not much room for promotion. This isn't necessarily a "con", but something to consider if you are trying to "climb the ladder".

      Great trainings, they pulled wonderful presenters from the bay area All supervisors were incredibly friendly and supportive Very positive, uplifting environment

      Cons

      No pay for trainees or interns :(

      You gain lots of clinical experience with children/teens and can accumulate your clinical hours quickly.

      Cons

      Infrastructure is a bit scattered and not as organized as it should be.
