Pros

Free parking when you can find a spot

Cons

Very unprofessional and incompetent management that pushes its staff under the bus when management drops the ball; inflexible schedule and they expect you to work 24-7 and use your personal items for business use; no respect for people's work life balance; title hungry people who don't have a clue about what they are doing; office politics that leaves you feeling bullied

Pros

Mission-Driven Environment: Employees often feel motivated by the organization's commitment to improving community health and access to care.

Cons

Bureaucratic Processes: Some employees may find that the organizational structure slows decision-making and innovation but being a smaller company we are agile and able to pivot quicker.

Pros

During training, the majority of the experience was positive. Trainers were kind and patient. My training class were all from Dean's Staffing, and we were included in fun events, etc. Training material was pretty well explained

Cons

Things we were told during interview and orientation was back peddled in terms of in-office training, then working remotely. It was discussed during interview, orientation, and during training. At the end of training, we were told "no one ever said we would be working remote" but about 2-3 of the contractors did end up going remote and the rest of us were stuck in-office. It created stress about commuting - I lived far away, and for the other girls, they had young children w/schedules to think about. The task selection process we were told went a whole other way. They won't think twice about doing a complete 180 on things they tell. Putting it nicely, they will blatantly lie about things and won't think twice
