Pros
Challenging, variable patient population with high acuity. Great place to learn.
Cons
Terrible corporation that doesn’t look out for nursing. Human Resources is a joke - they look out for the corporation and don’t care about the employees. Managers and directors in positions yet they don’t have a clue. High turnaround forces units to hire inexperienced nurses resulting in an unsafe environment for experienced nurses and clinical supervisors.
