      The company as a whole is poorly ran. There is no opportunity for advancement. The pay is well below market average. Customers are treated unfairly and operations are handled in a negligent manner.

      Top notch technical shop, egalitarian collaborative culture, dedicated to supporting mission-driven organizations, fun and interesting colleagues, a great place to grow professionally while serving the community. The company is committed to supporting a sane work-life balance.

      Cons

      The pay is not as high as you would find in other IT shops; non-profit clients can sometimes be hard to work with.
