Pros
Flexible hours
Several different houses and locations
Most clients are more independent than expected
Cons
HR is horrible which is unfortunate because owners of the company are really nice and friendly
Recruiter is rude, obnoxious, loud, and not understanding at all
The "house coordinators" are rude, lazy, only care for themselves and the check they receive, most of them don't help their house employees when in need dealing with the clients
The amount we got paid for the milage used driving clients around is a joke
Communication between employees and the office is terrible
House coordinators will force you to drive clients to the office just to say "hi" to clients and the drive can be up to 25 mins drive for a 2 min convo.
All in all, if you work at the main office you're treated better than if you're a DSP or live-in
The pay is low compared to the work we're asked to do
Disorganized and live-ins make regular DSPs do most of the work which isn't supposed tone that way. Its supposed to be equal
