      Great coworkers, fun activities planned by HR, family atmosphere, bonuses, good benefits, casual environment

      Cons

      The hierarchy within the company is difficult to navigate. Toes were often stepped on accidentally. Egos trumped productivity.

      Pros

      If you work hard and are good at your job it is noticed and sometimes rewarded. Schedule is fairly flexible if you don't mind occasionally working a Saturday or a week day evening. Great networking opportunities.

      Cons

      Management is very poor. Treats employees very badly. Management shows no respect for employees and often takes advantage of them in cases of absorbing positions. Print newspapers in general is an industry in trouble, but this company is definitely showing it.
