Honest, ethical, and really cares about communities, customers and employees. Good benefits. Fair salaries. Good work environment for most. Likes to promote from within.
Cons
Workplace challenges of working here are similar to those at any other place I have worked. However the heavily regulated banking industry does present unique operational challenges to this company and to all other financial institutions.
