1. You get to work on latest technologies unsupervised with no one to review or bother about your code. 2. You are the boss of your project. 3. Welcomes your suggestions for technologies and libraries. 4. Chilled environment with get stuff done attitude.
Cons
1. Work on all days of the week. Yes, Literally you work for them 12 X 7. 2. Very poor environment for female employees. 3. Lot of curse words in the workplace. They do alcohol, cigarettes and drugs in the work place. 4. Outside people come and use the office as pub and brothel. 5. Poor deadlines and less talented team leaders.
