      Pros

      mindless work making holsters was the norm, it was nice to consistently come in and know you can effectively shut your brain off.

      Cons

      during the slow season from April/May to September we would often go into 'summer hours' which consisted of cutting our hours down from 40/wk to 35/wk MAX.

      401k 4% match all insurances paid paid holidays 40 hours a week owner is very generous with the income coming into comp-tac Owner is always trying to improve our benifits package

      Cons

      Understaffed, but that helps get full time hours for all employees GM is kind of harsh, but he is fair.
