Pros
Very friendly and inviting employees that are willing to lend a hand or some advice for someone just starting out in their area of business. The owner was the nicest guy, as well.
Cons
The manager of the company was absolutely horrible. He would dream up complicated changes in certain departments to make it more efficient, and he refused to allow our individual departments come up with the solutions ourselves. This was bad for two reasons: he had no experience whatsoever in any of the departments he was managing, and his "solutions" were based on some dream of his that the small ~50 employee company could be running as efficiently as Amazon.com.
