Pros

Ntg much to say about this company

Cons

No proper guidance / training/ transition - the staff will only say by mouth that will guide you and teach you of work but when it comes to transition, they will not be doing it. They comfortable work from home so eventually come up with reasons and won’t be in office most of time. They don’t teach u via teams calls either. Most of time via chat only. Their so called guidance notes is poorly written piece of nonsense. Input one screenshot of system and call that as guidance. Does not give time to adopt - even if they teach u via face to face or video call, it will be one time. So for future reference we will have recordings. However, Manager can tell to others that you wasting time in watching all this video while doing the work as it consumes more time. Not reasonable timeline for task - every task got timeline which the manager expect you to follow. Funny part their existing staff itself not be able to meet the timeline and manager can penalise you for not meeting the timeline. Misleading job description - they mentioned in the job description that its fast pace company which absolutely nonsense. Their task is tooo manual and there is no automation as this is start up. However they expect you to clear the work. Operation timeline also unreasonable. No work life balance - since their work is manual you will end up spending most of your personal time for work. You will be getting messages from team members at night and asking if the work is done. Plus you will end up working long hours in second week joining the company. No team spirit or team work - everyone work like individuals here. If anything went wrong they will start their blame game. If you’re new means you will be the one to be blame when there is no proper guidance was given to you. If you have done mistake for first time means they will not be giving proper solution to resolve nor helping you to resolve it. They also ask their staff to input good review in glassdoor so don’t get cheated by the good review. This company don’t have proper tools to work. They use one old laptop which work slow.

Pros

Overall, colleagues are very supportive and always willing to help. The working environment is positive — even during stressful periods, we can still laugh and maintain a good team spirit. The benefits are quite good as well. Medical coverage is provided through a pay-and-claim system, which is still acceptable in my opinion. This is a great place to learn new things. Many processes are still done manually within the system, but it teaches you to become more detail-oriented, meticulous, and responsible in your work. If you’ve never managed staff before, this is a good place to gain leadership experience. There are plenty of opportunities to learn how to manage a team, make decisions, and handle day-to-day operational challenges.

Cons

The workload can be heavy, and you may need to be available outside of working hours depending on the situation. The environment is also fast-paced, so new joiners need to be proactive in asking questions and learning from more experienced colleagues. At the same time, the experience here can significantly accelerate your skill development. You may find yourself learning how to manage staff, drive sales performance, oversee store operations, handle inventory, and juggle multiple responsibilities at once.
