      Pros

      Decent healthcare. That could even be better.

      Cons

      Unprofessional, micromanage, inflexible hours and blackout dates. They not only have two programs to watch your keystrokes, but they will also remotely watch your screen to make sure you are using all your screens. Non-compliant in the billing/coding world. Poor training. Overtime is very wonky.

      Pros

      Leadership is flexible, supportive, and empathetic. I've never worked for a better leadership team in almost every single department. Great benefits at a great price compared to industry. 100% work from home.

      Cons

      The pay could be better, but leadership really strives to do the best they can within the president's orders.
