nice place to work as the work environment is very positive and motivating

No commander no one to recognized or backing up of you in case you did something great and or bad great. Lack of guidance and unavailability of knowledge base, hard to work. Lots of attitude issue as most of senior working here for more then 10yrs and they are in mode of art of surviving in place of art of working.
