My real experience - HR Specialist CompactSoft Employee Review

Honesty, I Joined the company and I did not read the reviews. But in her moment, most of the Reviews dates are old .It is 2 & 3 years ago!!!! My signed contract didn't include Penalty clause 100K. I am reporting to the Managing Director in an indirect. Real way I didn't show a macro management at all .They provide me all tools that I want in work. There is something that I have seen happen in our company, which is that any administrative position that we need in the company is announced internally before we think about anyone externally.
