The people I worked with were like family. The type that stab you in the back.

CEO is a joke and not a positive leader. Her COO has a napoleon complex therefore does not know how to handle working with strong, confident people so he leads like a bully. The work environment was extremely stressful. There were times i had to dumb down emails for the COO to understand, which he prefers pictures because he doesn't read. Quick to judge and makes emotional judgment calls. Fired quality individuals that contributed and were truly value adds and had great relationships with customers. People will stab you in the back and sleep their way to the top. 1st line of Management is afraid to take a stand for fear of losing their jobs even though they know what's right. To many chiefs and they all lead by intimidation CEO, COO and Directors all micro manage.
