Altitude was my first job out of college, and I genuinely wish I realized how good I had it when I was there. Solid benefits, brilliant people, great office space in a good location, and excellent work/life balance (I only needed to work late a handful of times). I have worked at several agencies since, and my experiences elsewhere made me appreciate Altitude that much more.

B2B only work can be tough. The clients are highly technical and tend to not appreciate groundbreaking work as much as B2C clients (that's not to say we didn't still try).

for an ad agency / marketing agency people are not over worked with generous holiday and vacation, sick and personal time. Hybrid work with flexible hours.

Agencies are generally face paced.
