      Pros

      Usborne is a friendly and supportive place to work. Many people have worked here a long time and even graduates tend to stick around quite a while. It's a great size of company - large enough to do big company activities but small enough where people generally know you and you can make an impact. The culture is good.

      Cons

      The office is not as nice as some others I have worked in. Promotion can be difficult because people do stick around.

      You get placed on a team that will help you understand the products and how to be effective in sales Amazing products - books and other learning tools Wonderful customer service Constantly updating products Generous company - both to its consultants and party hostesses Management truly cares about the children it markets to

      You have to put in a lot of hours to make it worth your while Your team leaders try to pressure you to sell more than you might be comfortable with
