Not the worst and not the best - Gardener Arlington County Government Employee Review

Arlington County Gov is a great place to work, I worked in the Long Bridge Aquatic Center as an aquatic instructor, very thorough training, friendly colleagues and great work like balance

Not too many cons I can think of.

The benefits are the best compared to other counties. 4 months of parental leave, pension plans, etc.

No growth opportunities Micromanaging supervisors Upper leadership are very “old school” No acceptance of boundaries Burnout
