Learned a lot. Most of people I worked with are nice. They try to do things in a right way.

Favorism, micromanagement, over worked, I didn’t feel valued. Unfortunately I didn’t have a luck to work at a good department and this is the worst job I’ve ever had. I heard people said other departments are much better to work at. May consider working at another dept in the future if there’s a chance.
