Pros
This internship provided valuable hands-on experience in Human Resources within an international environment. I worked closely with a global team, which helped me understand real-world HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, training, reporting, and coordination. One of the most rewarding aspects was having the opportunity to manage a team and act as a bridge between HR interns and management. This role significantly improved my communication, leadership, and organizational skills, as well as my understanding of how to work effectively with management. I also gained practical experience in professional communication, meeting coordination, and HR operations in a remote setting.
Cons
Due to the international nature of the team, time zone differences sometimes made it challenging to attend all meetings and training sessions in real time.
