      Pay and benefits are decent within the same industry.

      Cons

      Where to start. A CEO who does not know what he is doing. Driven by political goals rather than performance ones. Arbitrary layoffs, arbitrary office policy (you need to be in Calgary for investments). Arbitrary cost handling, which have been given more than 5 seconds thoughts beyond "tick a box". In just a few years, company culture has significantly deteriorated.
