      Everyone else also hates working here so you aren’t alone

      Cons

      This company has an unhealthy, outdated workplace culture that feels like the 1980s. Management is unprofessional (including an incident where a stapler was thrown at an assistant), morale is extremely low, and most employees seem drained and unhappy. Upper management performs DEI for optics, but racism and bias show up in decisions when it’s no longer profitable. Women are often spoken to inappropriately (ex: “sweetie,” “honey”) instead of being treated like professionals. Despite selling “modern marketing and AI trend” expertise, leadership shuts down new ideas and clings to outdated strategies. Leaving was one of the most freeing decisions I’ve ever made.

      Honestly just the Christmas party, but just be lucky if you have one!

      he networking benefits they promote aren’t actually honored. There is a serious lack of respect — I’ve passed supervisors and been completely ignored more than once. I have witnessed racism in the workplace, and HR does not help when racism is reported. They constantly take things away and clearly do not care about their employees. Everyone is miserable, and the office feels depressing and lifeless — it’s literally grey. There is no real hope for growth or pay increases; I’ve seen amazing coworkers be told they wouldn’t receive a raise for four years. The micromanagement is overwhelming. The company is run like it’s still 2005.
