Pros

Unfortunately, none. Avoid this company at all costs. There are many better options out there.

Cons

Employees don't get the recognition they deserve or the support they need. Salaries are insultingly low, and workloads are abysmally heavy. Management has no idea what they're doing, and leadership keeps making decisions that benefit them at the expense of everyone else.

Pros

I had friends here. No micromanaging.

Cons

The staff don't get recognition or appreciated for their sacrifices and everything they do for the company. I was overwhelmed with so much work everyday and it was exhausting! It was full of stress and no growth opportunity so there's no reason for me to stay longer.

Pros

Schedules are a bit more flexible compared to other companies, but it doesn't really mitigate the amount of stress you'll experience from working here.

Cons

Expectations are outrageously high, and the support and compensation provided to employees don't match them at all! You're basically signing up to be overworked and underpaid. Unless that sounds great to you, you should look for other companies to work for instead of settling for Tepperman's.
