The initial interview was conducted over video call on Microsoft Teams, The interviewer had the questions prepared to ask and recorded the results, they then said you would be contacted for a second interview if applicable

It was long and involved a lot of people, probably unnecessarily. Everyone was very nice though. Was also very formulaic and there was little in the way of banter to determine personality. Standardized questions.
