      Some great staff in the business

      Cons

      Senior leadership talk about people but it’s only for KPI numbers. No loyalty. Progression as long as you are in the right group. Can’t get people to stay.

      Pros

      Offer all colleagues private healthcare however, the plan is very restrictive.

      Cons

      Limited progression. Very poor management at all levels. Lots of legacy colleagues with significantly inflated salaries which causes tension amongst the workforce. Work-life balance is also poor- large emphasis on working beyond contracted hours for salaried staff without compensation.
