      Decent pay & benefits overall. Retirement plan was better years ago, but that seems to be the trend nationally.

      Cons

      Not all co-workers align with the overall mission along with some supervisors. Can be very "cliquish" depending on location. Like every other job, there are "favorites" and then everyone else.
