Still can't get used to the early mornings

Thankfully, my colleagues were very supportive. Everyone knows how our workload can be a nightmare with how brutal our schedules are. I’m just really grateful for them. For keeping the work atmosphere positive in spite of how difficult work can actually be and how tough and awful leadership is.

The schedule management gives you is just crazy and brutal! Even when you tell them how stressful and exhausting it is, they ignore you blatantly and still force that schedule on you! It would go up till late night and even when you’re tired, you still have to work because management says so!! And you will be acquiescent because of the promises they’ve made that you actually believed. But these promises were made for yo to accept whatever they offer blindly! These people are awful! They will take advantage of everyone they can! Pay employees less, give them a workload that’s more than what employees can handle so they can save that money for themselves while the rest of us suffer!
