Cons
Working at Massey Services was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. The workload was overwhelming, and expectations often felt unrealistic given the limited time and resources provided. Communication from upper management was inconsistent, which created confusion and unnecessary stress on a daily basis.
Training and support were minimal, especially for new hires, so employees are often left to figure things out on their own. Work-life balance was also very poor, with long hours and constant pressure to meet demanding quotas.
One of the most concerning aspects was the workplace culture. There were practices and decisions that raised serious ethical concerns among employees, yet these issues did not appear to be addressed at higher levels of management. This created an environment where many felt uncomfortable speaking up.
Morale was generally low, and it often felt like employees were treated as expendable rather than valued. Overall, I would not recommend working here unless significant changes are made to management practices and company culture.
