Pros

The best consulting company I’ve worked for. The work environment is healthy and positive, and they really encourage employees to keep learning and improving their skills. They also give space for people who want to stand out, share ideas, and bring new discoveries or improvements. Even though you’re allocated to a client project, they assign a manager to follow up with you, check how things are going, answer questions, and provide support. The compensation is also very good and paid in USD.

Cons

They could offer more vacation days per year.

The review states that the HR team operates under a 100% remote model when, in fact, our team follows a hybrid work model. Additionally, the evaluation references Project Management, which is not part of the HR team's leadership structure or work model, as we do not have Project Managers overseeing or leading this department.
