Pros

Management is pretty nice but that is about it.

Cons

Management telling everyone when somebody has quit or has been fired. Pay is not enough for the amount of tedious work. Even if you do well it’s never a good job there’s always a “you could do better.” Like it’s never enough. Open opportunities are rare

Clear focus on building high-performing teams - Leadership invests heavily in hiring top talent, feedback, and team dynamics, creating an environment where everyone pushes each other to grow and deliver exceptional results. Challenging work with a ton of fun along the way - The projects are demanding and rewarding, but the team energy is great. We celebrate wins, have casual hangouts, and keep a positive, enjoyable vibe that makes even busy days feel good.

Cons

Fast paced environment with high expectations due to aggressive growth goals - The company is scaling quickly with big ambition, which means pressure to deliver at a rapid clip. It's challenging at times and can feel intense, but it's completely expected and part of what makes the place exciting and high achieving.
