Pros
Excellent annual leave, our line manager was genuinely caring and really advocated for her employees, there are lots of opportunities to provide feedback to management, all of my colleagues were great people to work with and there's a real sense of commitment to improving student welfare (while looking after staff welfare as well).
Cons
Sometimes the workload is intense due to high levels of demand and one may be asked to provide care to students that feels above one's training level.
