Pros

The company is growing. Has acquired several other companies. Offers health benefits. They hold a monthly luncheon for all employees.

Cons

The benefits are almost non-existent. They will match your 401K but if you leave in less than a year, you forfeit their matching. There are no bonuses or annual raises. They do not offer a livable wage. Most employees AREN’T even making $50K/annually. You will be counting minutes for a full paycheck. Overtime is rarely offered. They do not offer cubicles. Every room is set up call-center style which is a cheap setup. Communication across the board lacks. PTO is only offered 2 weeks per year plus 1 floater holiday. The culture here is very clique-ish and gossip filled. They do not offer remote or hybrid options though this job can be worked remotely. The company is so cheap that they don’t even offer badges, only key fobs. You do not get to know other team members unless they work on your team.

Pros

The only strong advantage they offer is the benefits package; however, the insurance premiums are very expensive.

Cons

The company offers very limited opportunities for growth. Although I applied for internal positions, it often felt like advancement was not accessible to everyone. There are significant concerns regarding fairness and inclusivity within the organization. Management quality is poor, and after the company was sold, conditions declined even further. Dispatchers and coordinators are essentially doing the work of two separate companies for the same pay, and accounting is handling responsibilities for up to five companies with no additional compensation. Employees are consistently overworked without fair compensation, and the annual bonus is only $50, regardless of tenure. Overall, it’s an extremely demanding environment with very little reward or recognition. Employee of the Month recognition is typically given to newer employees rather than those who have been with the company for six years or more.
