Pros

I think working here is a good break for anyone pursuing a career in the apparel industry. New product launches keep the days exciting, and you can network with the world’s largest retailers. Personally, I consider handling Walmart a real feather in my cap. The technology isn’t complicated, and the tasks aren’t difficult. Operations run like clockwork. It's a hybrid setup. The compensation is good, and there's also medical and dental insurance and 401k.

Cons

Expect to work even during mall hours.

Pros

Strong team culture – it’s easy to build relationships across departments. The company has a long history in the apparel industry, but it still has an entrepreneurial mindset that keeps things moving. New opportunities for growth, especially for those who are willing to put in extra effort. Overall, I’ve learned a lot about the apparel business, retail trends, and product development.

Cons

Deadline pressure during major launches.

Pros

Other individual contributors are great to work with.

Cons

- The toxicity clearly stars at the top and spreads through every level of the company. - The schedule is chaotic and inconsistent, priorities constantly shift with it, and no one ever seems aligned on anything for more than a moment. - Managers acted like they were always hunting for mistakes, where even one small slip could wipe out an entire week of solid work. - Some writes up were so extreme and disproportionate that it felt deliberately harsh, as if catching people out mattered more than actually supporting improvement. - A few interactions crossed into outright abusive territory, especially when numbers were under pressure or someone higher up was in a bad mood. - Trust between teams completely broke down, people stayed quite and guarded, and most of us were just trying to survive the week without being dragged into another useless meeting. - Overall, working here is one of the worst decisions you could makes for your health and sanity.
