Pros

Great people to work with Generous PTO Great software to work with

Cons

Compensation is below market, with minimal increases that don’t keep pace with expectations. There has been a noticeable rise in micromanagement, which has impacted team autonomy and morale. Additionally, much of the equipment is outdated and not well-suited for current needs. Workplace flexibility has decreased significantly. Previously, employees had a hybrid schedule (Monday and Friday remote, Tuesday through Thursday in-office) with some ability to request additional work from home days as needed. This has shifted to a much stricter policy, employees are now required to be in the office Tuesday through Thursday with very limited exceptions. Even partial days still require office presence, and only three additional remote days can be requested within a rolling 90day period. Beyond that, employees must use PTO. This change has reduced flexibility and made it harder to manage personal or unexpected needs. Benefits are another concern, insurance options are expensive and offer limited value. Despite strong company revenue growth, expectations have become more demanding, employees feel punished instead of rewarded, and often feeling less like motivation and more like pressure without corresponding support or reward. There is also a lack of clarity around performance expectations, both in terms of day-to-day responsibilities and what is required for promotion. This creates uncertainty and makes career progression feel inconsistent. Overall, there is a widespread sentiment across teams of feeling undervalued and underrecognized.

Pros

Great people. Amazing product. Incredible clients. Everyone in the organization is given an opportunity to have an impact on some of the world's largest and most recognizable brands. You are always on the current edge of the industry. People here genuinely care about you, your family, and your life in and out of work. Some truly great people to work with every day.

Cons

Many of the teams run lean so roles can sometimes stretch beyond the job description. The industry is moving fast, so sometimes the pivots can feel abrupt.

Pros

Team members are easy to work with and generally collaborate well with one another.

Cons

Recent restructuring has taken a noticeable toll on morale. Management has become increasingly controlling, with constant oversight and a need to justify even basic tasks. The focus often feels less about doing good work and more about catching people in small mistakes. There are also ongoing concerns about team culture. It can feel exclusionary, especially for those who don’t fit a certain social dynamic. Several employees have noticed uneven treatment, with some individuals receiving more favorable interactions than others for reasons that aren’t always tied to performance. Feedback around performance has been frustratingly inconsistent. In some cases, employees are told their output is insufficient despite clear data showing otherwise. This disconnect makes it difficult to understand expectations and erodes confidence in leadership. There is also a perception that experienced employees, particularly those at higher salary levels, may be at risk of being replaced with lower-cost hires. This contributes to a sense of instability and lack of long-term investment in the team. Overall, the environment feels increasingly difficult to navigate, with low morale, high pressure, and a growing sense of being undervalued. Prospective employees should be aware of these dynamics before joining.
