Pros

If you like your C-suite to be diverse with incompetence this is the workplace for you! You want a CEO to be thin skinned and baby brained? We got you covered! You like to live by the seat of your pants and never know if you're going to get paid or be fired? Look no more friend, BHR is the place for you.

Cons

There are literally no cons!

Pros

Developed my skillset to be marketable to other more reputable and ethical companies. Used to have a good culture and genuine leaders.

Cons

New CEO presents to have an agenda to remove the old and hire her own personal contacts. She does not create a culture of fairness or opportunities for those who want to move up unless they fit her "mold". Leadership is toxic. Dictating what to do and immediate changes often without explaining the "why". Even if there is thought going into changes it is not displayed in a way that makes staff feel like there was. It's dictated without reason or space to understand how it impacts job roles, morale, etc. BHR would not exist if they did not have people to take calls. They need to apply their "mental health" expertise to gain insight. If people are leaving or there are many shifts it may likely be there is a real internal problem. The CEO should lead by example.
