College management is not fully transparent towards the professors problems. Professors are not getting enough respect from management. Management has not shown any interest to provide basic facilities like pension, bonus, LTA, paid leave etc. For student: there is no focus on students overall developments. There is less focus on research activity. Student has not shown interest to work on challenging projects. Most of the project are repeated and copied.
