It was a great job, great management who allowed you creativity to be yourself and input ideas. The staff had passion for the work.

Poor senior leadership, too much ambiguity and instability

I was hired when I needed a job.

Most non Hispanic employees were forced to work 3rd shift if they didn't speak Spanish. There was little to no support for staff. Several staff were injured by residents. The handling of those situations was to blame staff.
