Pros
Some people are truly wonderful
Cons
This is a difficult place to build a career as a woman. The entire leadership team is male, and the culture reflects that imbalance. It’s common for leadership to contact employees at all hours—late nights and weekends—with little acknowledgment or appreciation. While occasional extra effort is expected in any role, here it has become so normalized that it’s no longer recognized as going above and beyond. Concerns about the lack of female representation have been raised, including during an anonymous Q&A at an all-hands meeting. In response, the company removed the option to ask questions anonymously at future meetings. This sent a discouraging message that raising concerns—particularly about leadership diversity—may not be welcomed and could carry personal risk. Beyond representation, there is a broader issue with how leadership values employee input. Even when decisions are supported by strong data or research, senior leaders often override team recommendations based on their own instincts, without clear justification. The environment tends to be top-down, with employees expected to execute directives rather than contribute meaningfully to decision-making
