Pros
They will pay you just enough to keep you there but no enough to keep you happy.they will promise you things and not deliver. They will try and replace you with their friends.
Cons
I spent numerous years with Jarvis, consistently traveling and supporting the company wherever needed. Unfortunately, my experience revealed significant issues within the organization’s culture and leadership.
Jarvis enforces an excessive number of rules, yet applies them inconsistently. Leadership advancement is often based on favoritism rather than performance, and managers are rarely held accountable for their actions. In my experience, some managers were willing to bend the truth or misrepresent situations because there was no real oversight in place. HR also failed to address concerns and, at times, provided inaccurate information or did not document issues appropriately. This created an environment where employees could not rely on the systems that were supposed to support them.
Although the company promotes itself as “family-oriented,” my experience showed otherwise. After years of dedication and extensive travel, I was let go for leaving a half-day early due to illness simply because I had exhausted my PTO. This decision reflected a lack of compassion and flexibility that contradicts the values the company claims to uphold.
Safety was also a consistent problem. Employees were regularly placed in environments that were unsafe, and legitimate safety concerns were ignored. Productivity was prioritized over well-being, creating unnecessary risk for workers.
Overall, Jarvis lacks accountability at every level, from management to HR. The culture does not support honesty, employee safety, or true work–life balance. I would caution anyone considering employment here to carefully evaluate whether this environment aligns with their expectations and values.
