Peers are great! Could have been great…but wasn’t

This is the most toxic work culture I have ever been part of. They are still hiring under the “CIAO”, this person has held many titles- but they are the last person I would recommend reporting to. Not only was this person highly emotionally and professionally unintelligent, they managed by fear and emotional blackmail. If you value your morals, dignity, mental health and professionalism I would under no circumstances get a job reporting to this person. If you’re thinking of a position in which you report to someone else in the company- sure, go for it. I truly was in the company of some amazing, intelligent people that I highly regard. Only problem is the CIAO and CEO have a weird relationship that seeps into everything. The bones are bad.
