This company is making efforts every day to make this place a cool and fun work environment. I'm learning a lot. They offer free snacks and drinks during the day. It's a dog friendly office. The people are nice for the most part. The office has a parking valet. I live near downtown and the office is close so I don't have a long commute. They are experts in podcasting and I'm learning a lot about that. I think podcasting is going to be a big deal in the next few years so learning about how they work and how to advertise in the podcasts is good.

It's pretty busy. Their business is growing quickly and so we are all working hard. That's not a bad thing but we are all pretty busy every day. The pay could be better. They are trying to do more company wide meetings which is good because sometimes the staff doesn't know what is going on.
