      The assistant nursing manager was nice.

      Cons

      No training, NO support or presence from supervisors (never once met the DON), frequently observed floor staff verbally abusing patients in obvious distress, huge disconnects between departments/management, the obvious for-profit attitude in the admissions office (they'll stretch the truth to get someone admitted even if not fully appropriate), low morale, the air conditioners break every summer..

      Disorganized HR and minimal onboarding. Would prefer fair pay and solid support over free lunches and swag.
