Good first job to get into cold calling

Crap base pay but it is eat what you kill type environment

A few solid people who probably wont stay because of lack of career growth, guidance.

Management will bring new hires in, maybe 1 or 2 stay but most hiring classes will leave under a year. The training is horrible, the new hires are there to break into accounts for senior people to take over. Most clients hate NFI and refuse to work with them again. Every good account is account managed and the big billers get super upset and petty when you Accidently reach out to them. Their culture can be summed up by a lot of drinking, very small career growth, no real money to be made. They will show monthly commissions from the people who have been the longest to give them the illusion that they can get to those numbers. Truth is, they can’t. In order to make money, you need to stack deals and they don’t even tell you in the beginning. Get in, get your experience and get out.
