Pros
Ok on compensation and bonuses.
Cons
Upper management especially the local one I am experiencing does not allow anyone but them to grow
Pros
Supportive team culture, good training, flexible schedule, opportunities for growth, and strong brand reputation.
Cons
-Chance to increase earnings by selling at full price or different price tiers. -Considering the type of work, extending smart working would be both possible and productive. Full-time presence in the office is not essential achieve target
Pros
at the moment the only Pro is that they didn't fire me (yet)
Cons
I've been at this company for a few years now, and the occurrences I've witnessed here are far from normal. I'm not even sure if I'll be able to describe them all, but I'll give it a go: We've experienced perhaps 5 mergers, and now there's no such thing as a company identity anymore. There's no communication to the countries; there's a small group of managers in London, seemingly incompetent and arrogant, who decide everything without involving anyone else. Because of this, the company is in disarray, and nobody believes in this project anymore. The disastrous decisions made in recent months have destroyed everyone's morale, with mass layoffs based not on performance but on political reasons related to personal dislikes. Instead of improving, our product is getting progressively worse. We had the best SaaS in Europe, and now we're selling a nonsensical, and moreover, overpriced Frankenstein. They've cut the budget on everything; there's nothing left dedicated to the employees. It's only a matter of time before they remove the coffee from the offices and start charging us for tap water. If you want to study what it's like to live in a company in disarray, without direction, without a manager worthy of the name, soulless, and managed by novices at the helm, come to Treatwell! I am desperately looking for a job to escape...
